We mainly work with French local farmers and we only work with seasonal products.

  • We select the best flour in the area which is located 1,2 miles away from our bakery (M. Trottin).
  • We use two kinds of butter : unsalted butter for our pastries and Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) butter from Poitou-Charentes for our viennoiseries.
  • We use Guérande Salt for our baguette tradition.
  • Benjamin, our local farmer, provides the non-GMO (Genetically Modified Organism) eggs we use (located in Bonnetable 17.3 miles away).
  • The milk we use is provided by Jean-Philippe, a local milk producer (also located in Bonnetable 17.3 miles away).
  • We only choose French strawberries from our French department or from Brittany.
  • The apples we use are from the Maison Leroy located in Oizé (20 miles away).
  • We select two different varieties of honey both produced by Jean-Michel, our local beekeeper.
