We only select the best flours (Label Rouge) to guarantee the best quality to all our products.
We favour the local distribution channel. Our miller is located 1,2 miles away from our bakery hence our Tradition baguette is only made with local products.

Tradition
Our Tradition baguette is made of Label Rouge flour, natural yeast and Guérande salt.
Cereal Baguette
An alternative version of the tradition baguette to which we add a mixture of seeds : brown flax, yellow flax, sunflower, millet, blue poppy. We do the roasting to ensure a high quality flavours.
Sweetcorn Baguette
Our cornbread includes a mixture of homemade flours : wheat flour & organic cornflour. We add a pinch of curry, turmeric and sunflower seeds.
Meule Baguette
Like in the old days, we use a millstone to crush our organic flour which is used to make this Meule Baguette. This action is carried out in our city mill. The dough is fermented with stiff sourdough starter which keep this baguette fresh.
Baguette Moulée
This baguette is baked on specific baking sheet which sculpt its shape and gives it a special taste loved by gourmets.

This baguette is a French classic! It will accompany a lot your meals.
Our Breads
Pain Ordinaire
The particularity of this white bread is its cooking time. As it is baked longer in the oven, it has a thicker crust than the baguettes and can be kept fresh longer.
Fouace 250g/400g
The specific shape of this rectangular white bread gives it a tight crumb. We highly recommend eating it in slices.
Round Loaf 250/400g
Unlike the fouace, a round loaf has a light and airy crumb.

Seeds Bread
This bread is created with a combination of five cereals, stiff sourdough starter and the flour used for our tradition baguette.
Pain Complet (Whole Wheat Bread)
This bread is rich in dietary fibre and is made with the flour used for our tradition baguette.
Pain de Campagne
Our pain de campagne consist of organic flour crushed with an ancient millstone, stiff sourdough starter and Guérande salt which allows it to remain fresh for several days.
Pain Nordique
Inspired by Scandinavian countries, we created our own recipe with a mix of flours which includes the sourdough starter, rye, malt and flax seeds.
Ciabatta
This extra soft Italian white bread is made of wheat flour & olive oil.
